A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (7 days come back guarantee)
• Reason for return (Real-estate not happy with something) we will only come back real estate inspection is completed and exit report sent
• Process for return (we will pick up keys if real-estate nearby or keys can be left at property) 
• All payment will be taken when we start the job.

Pls make sure property is fully vacant and pre vacuumed before cleaners get in. Otherwise, it can occur extra charges if cleaners have to clear out property before they start work. You need to let cleaners know if there any items staying in or belongs to property.

Pls make sure you come back at end of job to check all house before cleaners leave so to make sure you have took keys back , locked and property is checked for damages as well. If you can’t come back then you have inform cleaners by SMS. Pls note incase you can’t come back then cleaners will Only come back if there are any items missed after real-estate inspection is done.
